body building and strength trainingOur Philosophy:  We are very fundamentals & functional movement based.  Dialing in the fundamentals first builds a solid foundation.  By emphasizing fundamentals, we are able to teach you good technique that can be applied broadly.  We want all of our Patients & Clients to understand the what, why and how of each exercise in their program.

Body Weight Training Program:  Body weight training is the best way to restore healthy, functional movement patterns and build real life strength. It works for anyone, no matter what your goals are.  With a body weight exercise program your regularly take your joints through their full ranges of motion.  You recruit and activate all the supporting and postural muscles, not just the prime movers.  The end result is:

Free Weight Training Program:  We think that everyone should be able to walk into any gym and give themselves a good solid strength workout.  Squats, dead-lifts, presses, pulls; once you get the essential techniques down and understand how to progress safely, you are on your way.  Free weight work outs allow you to overload the system, while still having to work your supporting muscle groups and neurological system for balance, coordination & stabilization.
